Take action on pesticides

The best opportunity in a generation to better protect the health of both people and wildlife from harmful pesticides…

The UK Government is currently holding a public consultation on the draft UK National Action Plan for the Sustainable Use of Pesticides – referred to as ‘the NAP’ – which sets out how pesticides are allowed to be used for the next five years.

The draft NAP contains some good measures but also some glaring omissions. The pesticide industry will be mobilising to make the final NAP as weak as possible so it’s crucial that we make our voices heard before the Government consultation ends on 26th February 2021.

Tell George Eustice, Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs, that you want a strong NAP which drives a massive reduction in pesticide-related harms and builds a healthier and more sustainable future.
